Self-Discovery Exercise

Who am I? And who do I want to be? These 2 are loaded questions. However, you already know the answer, you just need to dig deep.

Grab a pen and paper, go to a space where you won't be interrupted and free of distractions. Take some deep breaths while thinking of the questions. Then start writing without focusing on the structure of your sentences. Write anything that comes to your mind until you feel ready to stop. Read what you wrote and summarize your answers to the questions.
